Questions
Good to know
Can I work with you without coming to the office?
Yes. You can send your documents securely online and we can meet by phone or video. You are also welcome at our Surrey office.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Arabic.
Can you file returns for previous years?
Yes. We can catch up on past-year returns and help you deal with any CRA balances or letters.
I just arrived in Canada. Do I need to file a tax return?
In most cases, yes. Filing is also how you start receiving benefits such as the GST/HST credit and the Canada Child Benefit. Contact us and we will check your situation.
What's the difference between an RRSP and a TFSA?
RRSP contributions lower your tax now and are taxed when you withdraw. TFSA contributions don't lower your tax, but withdrawals are tax-free. The better choice depends on your income and goals, and we'll help you work it out.
